Richard Strickland
Richard is a former Police Sergeant whose career in the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) spanned over 30 years. He served in a number of specialist roles during his career including Public Order, Mounted Branch and the Officer Safety Training Department.
Richard was a National Police Instructor for 20 years and, during his last 3 years’ service, he was the Training and Development Manager for the MPS Public Order Department.
Richard is a subject matter expert in specialist public order and officer safety tactics and use of force and is highly experienced in both operational and training roles and has designed and developed bespoke training packages both nationally and internationally.
Tony Morgan
Tony, who retired from the Metropolitan Police as a sergeant, has over 20 years’ experience in police operational and training environments, leading a variety of teams. Prior to his police service Tony was in the military.
Tony is an expert in Specialist Firearms and Counter Terrorism (CT) training and development. A qualified National Firearms Instructor who led bespoke training and development packages both nationally and internationally.
Highly experienced in both operational and training roles across all aspects of Firearms and CT training, especially ‘Use of Force’ guidance and Law.
Tony was the MPS national lead in the planning, resourcing and delivery of CT exercises to Government, Military and National Police agencies.
